Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients of BrandOrbitX may cancel their recurring marketing services with a 30-day written notice. Any work initiated within that 30-day period will be billed as per the original agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Content Creation), BrandOrbitX generally does not offer refunds once work has commenced or media spend has been allocated. However, we strive for client satisfaction and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

3. Ad Spend Refunds

Please note that ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable by BrandOrbitX. We only manage the allocation and optimization of these funds.
